Born in the Dominican Republic to a family of Lebanese descent, Mirtha Fadul embodies a uniquely global identity. She brings a multicultural perspective shaped by diverse traditions and her Jewish background, allowing her to connect with clients from a wide range of cultures. Through close relationships with members of the Spain-U.S., Italy, Mexico, and France Chambers of Commerce, as well as the Mexican Chamber of Commerce, she has built a trusted network within Miami's international business community, serving investors and business owners from Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East pursuing E-2 and L-1 strategies in the United States.
Mirtha earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2015, having previously obtained her J.D. from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in the Dominican Republic in 2012. She is admitted to practice before the Florida Bar and the D.C. Bar and is an active member of AILA, the Dominican Bar Association, and the Florida Bar's Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Law Section.
