Mirtha Fadul is a partner at Canero Fadul Reis Law and a business immigration attorney with a decade of experience representing investors, executives, and corporate clients across the full spectrum of U.S. nonimmigrant and immigrant visa categories. She practices in English and Spanish, with comprehensive nonimmigrant visa practice covering E visas (E-1, E-2, E-3), H visas (H-1B, H-1B1, H-2, H-3), TN professional visas, O visas (O-1A, O-1B), L visas (L-1A, L-1B), B visas, P visas, I visas, and R visas, bringing full-spectrum nonimmigrant coverage to employer and individual clients. On the immigrant visa side, her practice encompasses EB-1A extraordinary ability, EB-1C multinational executives and managers, EB-2 National Interest Waivers, and PERM-based EB-2 and EB-3 green cards.

Born in the Dominican Republic to a family of Lebanese descent, Mirtha Fadul embodies a uniquely global identity. She brings a multicultural perspective shaped by diverse traditions and her Jewish background, allowing her to connect with clients from a wide range of cultures. Through close relationships with members of the Spain-U.S., Italy, Mexico, and France Chambers of Commerce, as well as the Mexican Chamber of Commerce, she has built a trusted network within Miami's international business community, serving investors and business owners from Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East pursuing E-2 and L-1 strategies in the United States.

Mirtha earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2015, having previously obtained her J.D. from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in the Dominican Republic in 2012. She is admitted to practice before the Florida Bar and the D.C. Bar and is an active member of AILA, the Dominican Bar Association, and the Florida Bar's Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Law Section. Canero Fadul Reis Law is recognized in the Chambers USA Spotlight 2026 Guide as a leading immigration firm in Florida, a ranking to which Mirtha has directly contributed as a named co-author. She has been interviewed on immigration matters by NBC News, Telemundo 51, Fuente Latina, EVTV, TVV, and Actualidad Radio.
